All services are provided through internal processing and/or authorized professionals.
2. User Eligibility
By using Make My File, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete
3. Order Placement & Processing
- Placing an order means you are requesting a professional service
- Service processing begins only after successful payment confirmation
- Users must provide correct and complete documents
- We reserve the right to reject any request if documents are incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious
4. Payments
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay:

- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
By completing payment, you authorize Make My File to begin service processing.
5. No Guarantee of Government Approval
Make My File provides facilitation services only.
We do not guarantee any government approval, acceptance, or timelines, as these are controlled by external authorities.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree:
- Not to upload fraudulent or incorrect documents
- To cooperate during verification processes
- To provide accurate and complete information
Any misuse may result in service termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Make My File shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or delays beyond our control.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Payment deducted but order not created
- Duplicate payment made
- Service not initiated due to technical error
- Order rejected before processing begins
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be applicable if:
- Service processing has already started
- User submits incorrect or incomplete documents
- User changes mind after order placement
- Application is rejected by government/external portals
- User fails to respond during processing
Once professional work has started, service time and effort are non-refundable.
